Preferred setting for Tunze"s

Just got back from Phoenix and set up my Tunze's got 2 6101's and the 7095 controller. Was curious how others set theres up as far as flow? Do you use the pulse setting or random or?????
Really like the flow and really looking forward to adding the wavebox
