so yea, my two clownfish weren't playing it safe and now one is pregnant. I dont see any eggs anywhere yet, but would like to know what to do

let the parents hatch em. then siphon the frys out at night with a hose and flashlight?

most of my rocks aren't removable and I dont think theres a 100% chance of them laying eggs on a tile even if i put one in

As someone suggested in your other thread your best resource is Joyce Wilkerson's book "Clownfishes"

Typically the clownfish only show that they are gravid for about 2 days before they lay eggs. If it has been longer than that she may just be packing on the pounds (grams anyway) getting ready to make eggs.

well you can tell, by looking from behind. she's really swollen on the sides, its not hard to miss. almost like she swolled a jelly bean

Get pix of the nest when she lays. Also how long has she been in the tank? Are there any other fish in with her? Does she have a mate?

shes been in the tank for like 3 months I think. I'm not sure because I had 2 for 6 months and added a few more 3 months ago.

Yea, they are in a reef tank with my yellow tang, false lemon peel angel, 2 chromis, 2 firefish, some sea horses and one pipefish.

Shes the biggest clown in there, which leads me to believe the pregnancy because the biggest clowns usually are the females and the 2nd biggest are the males

I think she does. she hosts in/on my candycane coral. and there is a particular clown that hangs out with her most of the time. I call him "spot" because he has a black spot on his side.

I'll try to get a pic of the nest, but I heard they like to lay their eggs in caves

If/when she lays her eggs the parents will tend to the eggs fanning them and protecting them from any other fish.
