Hi, I just placed an order and the free shipping option did not come up, is this because of the sale. There was no mention of the exclusion to sale items so i'm not sure what I did wrong. I looked over the exclusion list and none of the items I purchased were included.

I was about to place an order for 17-20lbs of nano rock. I plan on putting it in a 28g cube that has been up and running and much thru its cycle. Do you recommend overnight shipping? This is to Oakland.

also, would the pieces be small for me to form a valley of sorts in the tank? I currently have about 12-15lbs in it. I can provide a picture via Private message if that helps.

Hi. this is Paul, from Premium Aquatics. I think you could do second day air to Oakland and be ok. it would save you some $, and the rock will be just fine. I pack all our rock orders with wet craft paper, double bags, insulated boxes and in the summer ice packs. Our manado rock generally arrives to our customers with none to minimal die-off so adding right into your system at this point would be just fine.

We can povide you pieces of any size. After reading your post, I'd recommend ordering Manado rock, and request small pieces only. I will be the one to pull the rock and pack it up, and would find you the best small pieces we have. Manado has a great diversity of shape and life, thats why I suggest it over the nano mixed rock.
