I was not sure if I should put this here or in Vendor Experience.
I called PA and I donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t remember who I talked to but I had a couple questions about ordering a Tunze kit. They told me it might be a 3 week wait, which was no big deal so I placed the order last Monday. I received everything the following Thursday. Three weeks to four days, I couldnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t be happier .
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at PA, every question I had (not just this order but other orders also) have been answered honestly. Where most local fish stores swing there answers toward making more money not making the customer happy. And every order I have placed have been perfect. You truly have a first class business. Keep up the good work.
