PREMIUM AQUATICS has A-1 customer service

I've been in the Aquarium hobby for about 29years, over the last recent years since online shopping has been introduced I've had pretty good luck with shipment being delivered intact, i've ordered from all of the well known vendors.

But recently, I placed an order with Premium Aquatics and had an issue with the shipment.

Upon receiving it, I messaged Jeremy at Premium Aquatics and he responded to my issue promptly and had the problem resolved the same day! He got a new shipment out the very next day!

Now that's customer service! And I'm sure you will all agree its hard to find a company online that will respond to and email within a day or two, let alone have the issue resolved the same day!!

Premium Aquatics, you have made me a believer, that there are online vendors that believe in customer service.
