Preventative Dip before Quarantine?

Hi all. I am getting my 1st LPS tomm, it's a Torch Coral. I only have a Toadstool Leather in the tank for corals. My question is:

- Does anyone do preventative dips to rid the corals of hitch-hikers and disease?

I have been reading up on Zoa's, b/c I will be getting some next week and they recommend a FW dip with some Iodine and Flatworm Exit for nudi's and other pests.

But nobody confirmed whether this would be good for corals though.

I will be quarantining, as I quarantine everything else that goes into my tank, but I was thinking of doing the above mentioned dip also.

What are your thoughts?

WendyMc has a pretty good method for a dip, that I plan on using when I get my corals. Sounds pretty much like what your planning. Here is link to the thread:
