Price match gurantee not processed

Hello,

I recently emailed regarding a price match for an item and received the following reply below, stating you are able to match the price. However, the receipt email I received states no discounts were applied, and the price shown did not reflect the match.

I made sure to place the URLs in the comments ( got the most current URL to make certain ), as I was told. I added the thread ID in your reply email in hopes that there would be no issues. Please refund the difference to my Credit card, I'd hate to cancel the payment.

Could you explain what the misc charges are? The 89.00 shows the reflected price due to price match, but that misc charge just adds it back in... I am confused, as the total shows the same price prior to the price match. Please refund to CC, this is the 3rd time I am requesting this.

Thanks for your reply, I went to my accounting team to further investigate, the Misc Charge of 21.13 is actually a credit back on to your credit card. Unfortunately once the initial charge of 119.98 posted we were not able to reverse that charge to reflect the new charges after the price match, Therefore on your statement you will see a charge of 119.98 then a credit for 21.13. Please keep in mind the credit may take 1-7 business days to post on your account depending on your financial institution.

I can understand how frustrating it can be not having that information on your actual invoice, I do apologize for any confusion. Please let us know if you have any further questions
