i've heard from many satisfied customers that you guys price match. do you guys price match the exact price? so if i found a product on one site for lets say $80.00 and you guys have it listed for $90.00. you guys would charge me $80.00? please help me understand your price matching policy. thank you!

We will be able to price match any said item as long as it is still verifiable at the time of sale. Simply place a direct URL link to the said item in the order comment field when placing your order online. Once we receive the order we will verify the price with the link you provided and adjust the pricing accordingly. hmm,

i sent a link in the note section when i placed my order. the bulb from premium aquatics is listed at $79.95, the same bulb at marine depot is $89.99. there was a shipping fee also.. i was under the impression that you guys price matched the listed price from the competitor. i was credited $1.39 to my paypal acct after emailing customer service.

Price of the bulb dropped to $71.99 today after all of this! I paid $89.99 a few days ago for the bulb. I'm a bit jaded with this company. I won't be checking you guys out for my next reef purchase nor recommending to any reef friends, local reef club and anybody looking for reef items.
