price matching

Does anyone know what the local requirements are for price matching. For instance, Elmer's? Everyone has read by now that DIYreef is going out of business. Could we print out a price and get elmers to match it?

I don't think they will match that as diy reef is selling some things below cost to get rid of everything.

most all local stores here that i have tried (petsmart/petco/elmers) require a local print ad to be valid.
