prime AI QUESTION

[Reeling Reefer]

I have a prime Ai and it was set up working fine for 3 months , now I have a new router and cant get into it to change any of the settings? I go into myAI log in and see the unit but it doesnt allow me to open it or make any changes, I cant figure out how to get it back online so it can be accessed? Do i need to redo the whole setup? I tried turning it off and on again, no dice?

You can press and hold the factory reset button on the bottom back of the units. The AI light on the units will flash.
