Prioritizing purchases on equipment, order of importance?

I have a 110 gal tall tank that was set up mixed reef over 10yrs ago. I missed much the 1st try but still had a successful run the 1st time for about a year up until the move where it all went into storage for as long. Rebooting it again. Old setup was 2x 400watt mogal 10k ushios MH and 4x ho actinics in a canopy, 22gal sump refugium, euroreef cs 8-2 skimmer, steel cased 300 watt heater.
I had no UV filter, on my list to buy, no kalkwasser, also on my list, and new lighting with LEDs. I already bought a new RO/DI 5 stage to replace the one I had to leave behind. I have my old refractometer, and TDs meter ( I will b checking to see if the TDs is still in good working order) I understand now that I should have 1 or 2 more heaters for backup. There is currently no water in my tank as I think my next order of business is to place an order from glass-holes dot com and do away with the hob overflow I was using the 1st time.
OK, now to the title and main subject. After the overflow is drilled and working, before I add the magic water, what equipment should I buy first and in what order?
I am thinking: 1. overflow kit 2. 2nd heater (wattage suggestions and brand?). 3. Lights 4. aragonite Sand. 5. A little live rock to kick start my old " dead rock ". 6. New test kits 7. UV filter 8. Kalkwasser kit from avast. Welcome all thoughts...

What kind of tank will it be? FO, FOWLR, Reef, soft stony, mix ?

UV? Why? What do you want to accomplish with it?

I'd hold off on Kalk. It can wait. 2 part may be better depending on what ur doing.

It's best to start with all or most of the rock you need all at once. Especially dry dock. Adding it piece meal means an unstable system & possible mini cycles.

I'd stick with the halides personally. There's a lot to know about getting the right LEDs for a reef. Have U done all the research?

You may want an ATO before life goes in.

An ATO is a definite life and back saver. Can't imagine having a reef tank without one now. I've heard mixed reviews on using a UV so I would do some more research on them before pulling the trigger.

The UV filter threads on here advise running one, as I alluded to, I have all the rock I need from my first mixed reef, all I want is some actually live rock to get the rest going. As I also said , it will be a mixed reef...again.. I have done my research on LEDs and continue to do so. Also, the kalkwasser was the last thing on my list to acquire. Maybe you missed the "mixed reef part" in the beginning or maybe I should elaborate more. A mixed reef as in fish and corals. I will start with the easier to keep and work my way up the chain.I also plan on setting up a brine hatchery, a large pod refugium, and a few other fun projects. The subject of this thread actually is well...what imam looking for. Is my list comprehensive enough? Is something out of order? Are there important pieces of the puzzle I missed out. I found the a to a helpful point and will add that to the list. I am also thinking of plumbing in a 55 gal as the pod refuge if I can find one on Craiglist soon at the right price. Since I will be using led lighting, my evap should be a lot less than under the 800 watts of my so the a to can wait till last I think since it can be added later with little work.

Ok I will research UV filters more b4 buying one. As I use unions and various valves in my plumbing, it can be added at a later time. God if I had 4 grand right now I would buy the 500 gallon reef tank with the 100gal sump on craigslist lmao. Would b nice to have an 11ft tank. Its only $3k. The other grand would be to have someone pick it up and deliver t lolol
