website (1) privacy issues and desires, (2) who will be in charge {I am thinking that lots of helpers may be the wrong way to go, BUT, I certainly can be mistaken. One of the problems I faced when I tried to find someone to be in charge, was finding someone who could do the job and someone who had the time.
