Last Thursday? Oh geez...I called today and I was told mine was next and would be shipped tomorrow

I didn't call. I just assumed they were busy and that they would get it done soon. They did say 2-3 day turn around.

I know they received mine Saturday. I assume they would get it out by end of day Wednesday. So fingers crossed they will call tomorrow!

OOoops.. LOL I have two radions over my 90 and I think the spread is good.. Not sure how your setup is..

it's a 50g 24x24. Just figured might as well get the wide lenses and if I don't like them I can always go back to the TIR ones

I assumed most of the people who send their Radion in for upgrade using overnight to ship to Ecotech. So seem like it will take a week from the day you send your light out to the day you get you light back. Please confirm so I need to plan my temporary light before I took mine down to upgrade.

I sent mine fedex ground on a Friday. I will have mine back Friday according to Fedex tracking.

Just got mine in today. I'm a bit confused as to how to control some LED colors that aren't showing up on the Ecosmart live program. I have UV, Royal Blue(thought it was supposed to be deep blue?), Blue, Cool white, Green and Hyper red. I seem to have missing Indigo and Yellow. Firmware is already up to date since I get a "1 device(s) did not require an update." Am I missing something?
