I am setting up a new tank and in my reading I have discovered the follow

We need to monitor

I have found systems by Apex and other like The neptune that can monitor some but not all. I was wondering if their is a system that have the ability to monitor all the follow items with long life probes and is super reliable. I would like a system to log the results and allow for global treading of all results.

Salinity


alkalinity
Magnesium
Calcium
Ph

Ammonia
Nitrates
Nitrites

temperature, pH and salinity are about all you're going to get in a monitor with a probe. For some of the others you've listed there are ISE's that exist, but they are way more expensive than they are useful.

Anyone that invents such a system at a reasonable cost would not only be rich, but revolutionize the industry.

Yup... not going to find that entire list. While there are probes that can measure most of those things, they are not meant to be immersed 100% of the time. Even in industrial situations where things are monitored 24/7, probe replacement is a common thing.

The good news though...

Most of the commercially available controllers out there can measure pretty much all the same things, using the same probes. Temp, pH, ORP, and salinity are all dealt with by most of the controllers. And in reality, all the other items you listed should be fairly stable once you get your tank settled down and dialed in - which is easily done with less expensive test kits.
