Problem getting tunze 9002 skimmed to skim

Hi, I have a tunze 9002 skimmed in the back of a 29g biocube I have a jbj ato keeping my water level the same and up until to weeks ago it was skimming ok now its not skimming what so ever. I've tried and tried adjusting my water level and the skimmer and I've had no success. I over feed rods fish food so I know that my tanks not clean. Does anyone have any suggestions or advise?

Have you tried the tunze forum and speak with Roger? I would say your venturi may be clogged.

So when you remove the cup Do you see a lot of bubbles or just water churning. Is it possible that you got the skimmer to deep before you started to having problems. The water enters the skimmer from two slits on the back kinda of like gills on a fish. IS that dirty or clogged?

Thanks man for helping me out and ya it bubbles but not a lot and they are small and don't climb the shaft they burst right away. I wouldn't say there's a lot of bubbles but there bubbling. And that could possibly be my problem. I started with the skimmer low and have raised it up as I've seen more bubbles at the raised level. I think ill remove the skimmer and clean it.

If you lower the skimmer past the blue screw you can get water in the air tube causing problems with your skimmer.
