Problem in Hospital Tank

I am having a big problem. I am currently have about a dozen fish in a 72 gallon hospital tank. The are waiting to be moved into their new 300 gallon reef which is sitting fallow. The fish have been in the hospital tank for two weeks and are being treated with cupramine at a level of .45. This level was slowly built up over a weeks time. Yesterday the Flame Angel and Royal Gramma began having issues. The Fame Angel is pale with a torn fin and a cloudy slightly bulging eye. The Royal Gramma has two cloudy eyes and is barely moving. All other fish seem OK. I have done a 30% water change figuring this is a water quality issue. Amonia badge is reading safe. Nitrate levels are around .30 after the water change. Is there anything else I should be doing other than more water changes? I don't want to lose these fish I've had them a long time.

I've had fish get secondary infections during cupramine (cloudy eyes, cloudy fins, body sores). I've had extremely good success with Nitrofuracin Green Powder from NFP. I would also up your water change frequency/volume.

I personally haven't but from what I looked up online you can. Hopefully someone with experience will chime in.

Not going well

Well the Royal Gramma died and the flame angel is on its way out. I've done a 60% water change and I am going to be picking up some maracyn 2 today. I did notice that my Scopas tang is having some slight cloudiness to his eye as well. I there a chance this is something else? I am already treating with cupramine so I done see how marine velvet could be spreading like this so I believe it must be a bacteria or environmental issue. If anyone else has any experience with a situation like this their input would be greatly appreciated.

Have you wormed with Prazi-Pro? FWIW; Grammas are really tough to cure of any contagious parasite, even properly treated ich will usually do them in.
