Problem Mantis

Hi Guys,
You all look like you love your Mantis but I am sorry mine is not what I want in my tank. I have been loosing fish for about 12 months now and wondered why and then saw him dart out to grab food. Unsure of the type but I would love to remove it. What is the best way to catch them??

The easiest way would be to find which rock he is living in and remove that rock from the tank and place it in a smaller qt tank.
