Problem possible ID

Hey guys, my friends tank came down with ich about 6 months ago. He went fallow for 15 weeks then put fish in after proper QT. After three days of being in the tank the tangs and 1 clown have started displaying these masses on them. It's not ich, definitely something else. It's only on the edges of the fins. Here is a video of one of the tangs I took.

The clown has this same look just on the edges of the fins. All the other fish that have rougher scales appear fine. I'm not sure if the fish are being stung by something and it's just a reaction or if were dealing with something. Ideas please!

I had similar on my maroon clown. I posted a lot of pics. Some said Lympho but it went away and has not come back at all. I also have a puffer that I believe has Lympho. His lasted longer, over a month with the same several spots. They were large and irregular shaped. Then gone. They say when a fish has Lympho it will have it forever, but it has good times and bad times brought on by stress, and there is no cure other than good water conditions.

That said I read a lot of PaulB's posts about black worms and how they are magic... Shortly after beginning to feed black worms myself, is when the clowns issue disapeared. He eats them like a pig. Probably a coincidence, but who knows?

Where do you get your black worms from? Do you feed live or frozen?

Live, I ordered from californiablackworms. 29.99 is lowest you can get. I made a tank with overflow and bio balls sump out of styro to keep them in. one pump runs it, and no heater needed. At first the fish were a little spooked by them but by day 3 they all ate them except some of the tangs.

I tried frozen bloodworms, same kinda thing, but I haven't found anything at all that will eat those. Nothing.

Also use paypal if you order from them. I used my credit card first and it got compromised. That was my only credit card transaction with that card so I know it was from their order form. And I talked to the guy that said it happens a lot, but swore his site was secure.
