Hi,
I own 2 of Tunze 6045 Nano for 5 months. I took them out for cleaning. When I turn them on, one the pump got a reverse flow. I tried to unplug and replug so many but the same thing happened over and over again. Any suggestion or what's should I do?

I was cleaning my nanos and found one like this. I am sending it back and will pm a tracking #.

Dell, please send all parts except the magnet holder and clamp unless the clamp is broken.

hi roger i have a tunze 6045 nano where the titanium shaft broke i would like to have it fixed can u help me? thanku

Simply send it to the address above but please include a note inside with all your contact info and return address

Just to clarify, the shafts that broke are not titanium, it is the older stainless steel ones that break. Send it in as Shawn said.

I have had this happen and all I do is place my hand over the front and it click back to the correct flow direction, not a broken shaft IMO just a glitch.

If it spins backwards and the shaft is intact the disk is worn out or the drive unit.
