Roger, first off, your customer service is excellent. I recently had a problem with both of my 6025's with the c clamps breaking and you immediately sent out replacement parts. Thanks very much for that.
Unfortunately, now it seems I have another issue with one of my two 6025's. I've noticed recently the prop on one has been rotating off axis. (bouncing around and creating a little chatter.) the other runs nice and quiet and smooth on center. I just took the two apart and noticed two things. One, the shaft fell right out of the motor and two: it appears I'm missing that white plastic endcap to the impeller. I remember cleaning the motors recently and then later on finding that cap and wondering what it was. Now I know, but unfortunately can't find it anymore. I tried to super glue the shaft back into the hole in the motor, but when I put the prop (without the cap) back on and turn it on all the prop does is chatter back and forth and won't go forward.
Is this because of the missing plastic part?
Can you send me one of these if this is the case and I'll glue it back to the impeller?
