I did not mean to insult the Tunze screws as I am sure that they were just calcified and snapped...

Go a head and send the pump that is starting and stopping back to us to examine, it may have to be replaced. Our address is

Also PM us your address so we can get 2 new screws out to you with the shafts. They are actually 3mm so the shafts probably have stripped threads.
