Problem with 7095 controller

Hi,
I'm having some problems with the 7095 controller.
It seems like the different modes(pulse, interval) are working properly but I can get the different speeds of the pumps working. Right now it's set to 100% All the time. I tried to change it all to the minimum but they all stay at 100%. The pulse doesn't seem to be going up and down.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks

Do the lights show pulsing from x% to x%? What model pumps are being used with the controller?

No, it stays at 100% when in pulse mode.
I'm using the 6100's. I tested the same pumps with a different 7095 controller and that one worked fine.

OK, what are the knobs set to? The pumps pulse from the top knob setting to the bottom knob setting on each channel, in nightmode they stay at the bottom knob setting. Try turning off night mode and make sure that top and bottom knobs are not both at 100%. Also, check that the driver boxes are set to full power.

Top knob was set at 30% and bottom knob was set at 100% for each channel.
Night mode was off and driver boxes were both set to full power.
Still stays at 100%.

Have you tried different cables? I have seen it happen where a cable gets stretched, this often happens if the drivers are in the stand and the controller is on the door, the wires break inside and a new cable fixes the problem.

Yeah, I've tried different cables and different ports for each channel as well.
I tried it with another 7095 multicontroller with the same cables and pumps and it worked ok.

Yeah, it is very odd. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it wouldn't work. I matched up all the settings from one controller to the other.
Sure, let me know where to send it.
Thanks!
