Problem with a Tunze 6045

I purchased 3 nano Tunze 6045 in July 2007. They were running fine until about 3 days ago when one of them stopped functioning after emitting a very loud noise. I opened the pump and found the axis and verious rings at the back loose. I also noticed that the magnet holder's arms barely hold the spherical enclosure.
Any help from Tunze would be appreciated.

Send me the one pump with a note that you have three in total. I will replace the motor and any needed parts for this one and send you three redesigned holders so your holder issue will be solved on all pumps you own.
