problem with an order and customer service was quick to act

ordered some supplies from MD with my neighbor to get the free shipping and one bottle of aminoacids had leaked a small amount. when i called customer service (spoke w/ Jason) and told him what happened he said ill send you out a replacement bottle right away. now thats service.

Ive ordered from them before and also from 1 other major supply company. MD tends to not ship as well as others (not tightly packed in box) but their service is great so i always try to order my dry goods with them.

I do apologize that the bottle of aminoacids had leaked. Our warehouse team does the best they can to make sure that the items do not arrive damaged or leaking. Unfortunately sometimes during transit the tops loosen. I do apologize if there was any inconvenience to you.
