Problem With Clown Goby

Hello dear fish keepers.
I have a little problem. This morning I spotted little bumps on my Clown Goby. Look at the photos yourselves. He is new to the tank (10 days) and has been looking well until this morning. He eats and behaves normally. He was introduced to the tank with another fish (Fire Fish), Skunk Shrimp and some new live rock 10 days ago. I really hope its not a parasite, as my clownfish and damsel look normal. Should I try to dip him or cure all the tank? Dont know what to do. Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thank You All

How many white dots are you seeing? It could be a parasite (e.g. ich, velvet), but it might also just be sand stuck to his mucous coat. Does it dangle off him, especially when he swims near any water flow?

It Is definitely some growth under his skin. There are many transparent/white bumps at least 20 all over his body.

That's very likely to be velvet: https://humble.fish/velvet/

You're gonna need to move fast in order to save him:

1. 5 minute freshwater dip: https://humble.fish/freshwater-dip/

2. 90 minute bath using Ruby Reef Rally. Temperature control and heavily aerate the bath water.

3. Treat for 30 days in a quarantine tank using either Chloroquine phosphate (60 mg/gal) or chelated copper (e.g. Copper Power – 1.75 ppm).

is that all after appearing since this morning, from the first 2 pics i thought something from the tank was on the skin like sand , the third photo is worse though

All three photos were taken this morning. Yesterday he looked normal. I heard it might be from underfeeding? If I leave him like that, is there a risk of contamination other fish?
Thank you all

If he has parasites, odds are some have already dropped off, encysted and are about to release more free swimmers into the water seeking out other fish to infect. (They will reinfect the original host as well.) This cycle never ends until you go fallow (fishless) in your DT.

Ok thank you all for your replies! I highly appreciate it. What Im gonna do today is isolate the fish and cure it for parasites in a hospital tank. Hoping there are no parasites in a DT.
Will let you know how im getting on. Thanks again

There will be parasites in your DT.
It must go fallow for 72 days.
Cure all fish....cure DT.....start again

In case of parasites, yes. You are 100% right Uncle99. But nobody here is 100% certain what disease we are dealing with. A lot of friends of mine say it doeasnt look like a parasite, more like a coral or aiptasia sting since the fish its swimming among those. I didnt get a chance to isolate fish from DT yesterday as I got called in to work earlier. To be honest, fish looks better today and keeps eating well.
Will keep you posted
