problem with my sailfin tang??

my sailfin tang has 3 areas on different fins were it looks like small cotton balls i guess is the best way to describe it. at first there was 1 and i though maybe something was just stuck to it but now there are 3 in different areas. the fish still is very active and looks very healthy still besides these 3 spots.

i am thinking it is a fungus but am unsure at this point and would like to hear some of your thoughts as to what this could be. i will see if i can take a few pictures.

the only thing i have found that could possibly be it would be Lymphocystis. but im not sure about that one.

It does sound fungal, but bacterial is more likley, you have anything on hand to treat it?
