Problem with my wifes Haddoni

I need to move my wifes reef into a larger aquarium. (She just wont stop buying this stuff!) She has a large green carpet in the center of the tank. It has slid its foot under a large rock. When I tried to lift the rock It wouldn't come up. The carpet is stuck to the bottom of the rock and the bottom glass of the aquarium. There is no way to get to his foot. He has a very firm grip on both. He has been in the same spot for about a year and a half. How do I get him out of this tank?

What I've done to move my haddoni, which was pretty much attached the same way was this. First put on a glove -- those things are sticky as all get out -- it will end up sticking to your hand. I CAREFULLY slid my finger(s) underneath it -- where it was attached to the glass. I ended up moving the rock with it. Removing it from the glass is the easy part -- nice smooth surface -- very hard to damage it. However I would not try to peel it from the rock -- too great of a chance of causing damage to its foot.

try aiming a powerhead at the foot

I'll try this. I hope it works fast because some of her other animals will be in buckets as I do this. There is no room to get to him with all the other animals in the tank. This thing is way over stocked.
