Problem with Nanostream 6045

Hi, I bought a Tunze Nanostream 6045 on 9/13/07. Today I noticed that the pump wasn’t working and after taking it apart I saw that the shaft is broken. Also both spacers and shaft are rusted.

Is this covered under the warranty?
