problem with new vortech

I just set up 3 vortechs in my new system and the flow they are producing is awesome. However, the motor (dry side) on one of them is making a churning sound. The other two are fine. Is this break-in or do I need to send in the motor?

Hi mcliffy2-

Give it a couple of days, if the sound continues then we can replace the unit for you. It sounds like it may be either a bad bearing or a wet side which needs to break in.
