Problem with safety connector

Roger,

I just installed a safety connector to a 6105. The connector makes a loud continuous clicking noise whenever my controller turns on the 6105. I haven't installed the battery yet. Is there something wrong with my safety connector?

To be honest, that's a tricky question to answer as I've never hooked up a Safety Connector without a battery at the same time. I suggest you disconnect it until you have the battery in place and then try again. If you still hear the clicking with the battery attached, then let us know and we'll get it straightened out for you.

Even with the battery installed, the connector still clicks continuously. Should I return this item to Premium Aquatics or directly to you? Thanks.
