Problem with tunze stream

Hi,

I have the TS24 tunze kit and am having an issue with one of my pumps. The problem pump does not pump anywhere near the amount of water it should.

I run my pumps in pulse mode and one of the pumps is performing normally but the other does not pulse between 100% and 30% anymore, it feels as though it is constantly at 30% or lower.

I have swapped the transformers and drivers to isolate the problem and the issue appears to be the the pump itself.

I have disassembled and cleaned both pumps and there is no sign of blockage or damage.

Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have any suggestions as to what else to try?

It could be that the pump has an internal short. It could also be that the bearings are too tight or the magnet has a crack. I would send the pump in with its driver for review.
