Problem with Vortech Mp 40 es

my name is Stavros and I am from Greece.

I owner of aquarium shop and one of my costumers have Vortech mp 40 es (white). He broke the part with code 150842 (wet frame) . I contact with your Distributor at Greece Mr Pagonis owner of Belouga.com.gr to bring me a spare part with code (150842). After 4 days he bring to me the spare part with code
190950 (MP40 QD Wet Frame Assembly).

I try to fix the vortech of my costumer and unfortunately I see the new spare part (190950) doesn't fit to old vortech. I contact again with Mr Pagonis to inform him what happen with the spare part, and he inform me the Ecotech stoped to sell spare parts of vortech mp40 es (white).

Please Help me what I say to my costumer and how can fix his vortech.

P.S. I try to contact with Ecotech Marine.com at Us before one week but NOBODY answer to me , still wait ......

We haven't manufactured MP40ES style wetsides in over a year and unfortunately no longer have replacement components available. With that in mind, I would recommend purchasing a new MP40QD wetisde as it is compatible with your existing hardware. Additionally, you can contact us directly via email.

these news are bad for all owners of vortech mp 40 es (white).
That mean everybody need spare parts of the wet side of old vortech must buy the entire wet side of the new (QD).
That mean the owner must give 4X more money to fix his vortech .... his old vortech !!!

P.S1 As you inform me that Ecotech stoped one year ago spare parts for Mp 40es (white) why Ecotech doesn't inform the distributors about this ?

P.S2 Why Ecotech doesn't recall all Vortech mp40 es from the market and leave the shops and distributors still sell them?

P.S3 I said again , ''I try to contact but NOBODY answer''.
