Problems in my 55 gallon need help

So I got a 55 gallon a while back and it took me awhile to get it where it is now with lights and what not and now I have one tiny little coral a softy and my tank went to **** in days and wont snap out of it and i did does some purple up in my tank and i did a bit to much cause my friend gave it to me in a zip lock and its hard to pour i only did it once. But now I have crazy weird stuff all over my tank and i did a couple water changes after scrubbing it all off the rocks and it wont go away

Is purple up the name of the product you added?

Anyways it looks like you have a nutrient problem because of the algae growth. I had that weird snotty thing on the right in my tank and got rid of it by scrubbing it off, collecting it in a filter sock, removing the sock and doing a 3 day black out.

I can't tell what the other type of algae is but someone will help soon.

Post your tank stats nitrates phosphates alkalinity calcium magnesium too

It looks like a combination of Diatoms, Cyanobacteria, GHA and maybe even Dinoflagellates. How old is the tank exactly? What kind of water are you using, RO/DI or tap?
