Hello

i have a 20 gallon tank that has not had any light over it for about 5 months. it holds 3 tube anemones, chili coral and a red tree sponge. i am selling them and putting a 250 watt mh over it and adding corals to it. it has 5 inch dsb so i am wondering if there is going to be algae issues once the light hits. what do you think i can expect to happen?

Algae requires more than just light to grow. It also needs nutrients in the water. If the nutrients are there, I expect that algae/diatoms will be the first to take advantage of new light.
