problems signing in

hi i recently sent you a payment via paypal. it went through. each time i try to log on it doesnt go through it always says moderator has yet to fix account. there is no link that says contact us. so i am writing here to see if i can get a response. this site does appear to have links so what is the problem with notifying you>?

I assume you are trying to access the member only forum?
I believe it is a completely manual process to allow you access. You can try emailing Eric emelton@lireef.org I believe he's the guy you need.

ok i have sent this person 2 emails and it has been several days since i have heard from them and paypal has notified me that payment was sent and recieved. if this organization is not accepting members then they should post just that. its coming up on a week now. please contact me otherwise before i tell paypal to return my money.

sorry for the delay. The webmaster who is doing all of that stuff, Eric, is in the middle of moving and his computer is in a box .

I assure you it will be taken care of shortly (as soon as he is finished moving).

In the meantime is there something else we can help you with? Some info on the member's site that you need?

well christine i just wanted to be able to access the forum. see what there is to offer etc. that makes sense in what you are saying. there should be something on the site like a "contact us" section. not to judge anyone but if you see what i am talking about by having to post here on reef central to speak to you.

Yes, I agree. You will find, though, that most of the traffic (90%)among members is here on RC, so this is always a good place to find people. I will ask Chuck and Eric to add a "Contact Us" button then--good idea.
