Problems testing Phosphate

For several months now I have been using two different test kits to test for phosphate in my tank. My Hanna Marine Mater keeps returning .9 so basically off the charts and my API kit keeps returning undetectable phosphates result. Can someone recommend another test kit? Thanks in advance!

I use salifert. And I also have a Hannah back up.
