Problems with Hikari food?

Has anyone here encountered issues with hikari foods? I recently ordered some jumbo mysis shrimp. I noticed that the shrimp is very opaque (as in they appeared cooked) unlike the shrimp I've gotten in the past which appear more transparent. Anyhow, when I went to feed my seahorses they spit the food out. I thought maybe I had over estimated their ability to eat a larger shrimp. Normally I feed a smaller mysis. I tried my other fish as well including my porcupine puffer, none of them would eat it. And those that did promptly spit the food out. Even my trigger turned her nose up at the shrimp.
So I'm wondering if their processing is different from other vendors. I'm pretty sure I have fed the regular sized mysis from this company without an issue, but I can't recall. I have fed other foods by them without any problems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

No issues here. Their jumbo mysis definitely has a different appearance than the regular mysis. (More opaque, cooked-like, as you described.) I have a bag of it that just sits in my freezer. None of my fish really care for it, even if I break it up further. My marine betta is a monster and tends to go for bigger pieces of food, but even he doesn't care for it. PE Mysis is a good in between mysis because it has bigger pieces than Hikari and some of the others and most fish that eat mysis love it, IME.

Yeah I double checked. I have fed the smaller Hikari without issue. I have no idea why they won't touch this larger when they will eat krill. I tried again and now I have shrimp all over the bottom and no one will touch it. Except for the hermits and nassarius snails. Thank goodness they're there to clean up.
I put in some of the regular and the seahorses and fish immediately go for it like they are starving. But still won't touch the jumbo. Even my starry blenny who normally eats anything that will fit into his mouth spits it back out.
