problems with wavebox after its cleaned

i took it apart and cleaned everything...i ran fine for a couple days and now the alarm comes on one to two times every couple minuets... and then sometimes i dosent restart at all.. i have to trun it off and move the prop then it works a little then the alarm comes on...i need help

It could be the pump has an electrical problem, if so you will need to send it in. Other cause I have seen include-

Upper bearing is stuck to the drive unit by calcium.

Hole in the drive unit is clogged with sand and calcium.

O ring is above upper bearing rather than below.

Bush bearing is loose and catching drive unit.

Drive unit magnet has a crack in it.

Check the cleaning thread at the top of the forum, make sure all parts are present and correctly installed and clean. If you still get an alarm send it in.
