Product Reviews?

Testing out an idea.

What would you all think about adding a product review to the SLASH website? The thought would be to have people comment on the products they buy to help others in purchase decisions. Some of the things to cover would be
Item Name
Description
Application
Price Paid
Pros
Cons
General comments
Woulda shoulda coulda
Star rating

Basically, create a template to try to keep things as objective as possible. This would create a new post for each item then anyone can comment on the product review. We could keep it on the SLASH site to drive more traffic there. I see a lot of questions asked about different products and I know I would not have purchased some things based of some of the things you guys have shared here.

Any thoughts?

We have talked about this.. But kind of got pushed to the side with everyone being busy over the summer..

I think it would be A GREAT IDEA, I have often wondered about everything from what test kits people are using to what skimmers have the best rating amongst my fellow reefers
