ProfiLux 3 Upgrade Kit Fitting service
Since announcing the P3 and P3 upgrade kit we have been flooded with pre orders, it seems North America has been holding back buying a controller or waiting patiently to upgrade their Plus II :eek2:
As stated before we will be offering an upgrade service for those who do not wish to fit the kit themselves.
However :eek1:
Due to such a massive demand for this service we can no longer offer it for free! The reason being is that to make sure everyone gets their contoller turned around the same day we receive it, now means drafting in extra help and training them! This is not free for us.
If you want us to upgrade your Plus II to a P3 here is the proceedure and cost
1. Ship to us with the kit your plus II (or EX). Make sure the unit is shipped in a box that can be used to return it to you, this cuts down further costs. Make sure you use a traceable service!
2. On receipt we will email you so please provide an email address and return address.
3. We will contact you for payment
4. Your controller will be on its way back to you by UPS standard the following day from receipt.
5. Cost - $65.00USD flat rate fee includes UPS insured shipping back.
6. USA customers - Contact us before shipping for special customs instructions!!
7. If you wish to take up this service please DO NOT attmept to try and fit it yourself first as we do not wish to receive controllers in bits.
The upgrade kit is really simple to fit and I am sure once people see the instructions I will be posting here 99% of the fitting service requests will be cancelled. If you can unplug a ribbon cable and use a screwdriver for two screws you can fit the kit
If you already have fitted an EX upgrade kit, your fully qualified already
