ProfiLux Control Updates

Every time I do an installation of a new version of ProfiLuxControlII I get an error in that the installation program can not find the file ProfiLuxControlII.msi. I have used my browser to try and find the file and I can not find it. I just back out of the installation process and do not finish the installation. After I restart the computer I can select the ProfiLux Control II program and everything seems to work. Where do should I look to find the msi program as I would feel much better to actually complete the installation than have to cancel the installation and hope for the best.

make sure you are running exact versions i.e 4.03 software to v4.03 firmware.

Dependant on your computer it is also wise to completely unistall the previous version using ad remove programs before loading the new one.

I had the same issue Tom.

I never did complete the install, but 4.030 seems to be working fine on my system.

Same issue with the missing msi during the PC software install..an uninstall of PC 4.02 was required before I could get past it..after that everything worked great with the PC 4.03 install. The firmware v4.03 upload went fine. Now running 4.03 with no issues.

Yep you need to uninstall all previous versions first.

Matthias mentioned this a while back on the release.

I have uninstalled all previous versions. Can you just PM me a copy of the ver 4.030 msi file?
