Profilux level sensor control

I do not have a Profilux controller but as I look at revamping the plumbing on my tank I can see the use for one if it could control the flow rate of a DC return pump based on the water level in the DT. Ideally if the level in the DT is dropping the controller turns up the flow rate slowly until that trend reverses and conversely turns the flow rate down if the water level in the DT is getting to high. Can the Profilux controller be programmed to run that scenario?
