I'm not patiently waiting on official response to this question from Matthias on the "official Profilux support forum", since the time difference between Europe and US usually means his responses come when I am either sleeping or already at work. PITA. Between waiting 7 weeks for this stupid control cable to finally get here and not being able to control my light for the past three days, I am getting frustrated and aggravated! So posting here too in hopes somebody can help me resolve this. The Profilux screen is showing 1% illumination for both the white and blue LEDs' for the AI light output even though the program is set up at 100% for this time of day. The lights are barely lit so figure they are dimmed to the 1%. I am using the Profilux Plus II's menu to input data and have gone through it several times to verify settings, saves, loads, new lamp, dimmable, special lamp, etc, etc, etc. Program is saying 100% for the whites and blues each time I go back and check it. I can manually manipulate the light intensity. Any ideas?
