As of 2010 all new ProfiLux owners will be asked to register their controllers with us on purchase. This will be a simple process of emailing us the serial number of their device and contact email address.
This will also be a retrospective registration, so we kindly ask everyone to email us with their serial number so we can build a database of users.
So what are you going to do with this info?
Well after passing it to the FEDS and the Mafia :rollface: we will then build a distribution list and send out all ProfiLux update info such as firmware and software updates directly to you so you do not have to go searching anymore for the info.
Will we be bombarded with marketing hype?
No I wish i had the time, it will take enough resources to do this.
It is not manadatory and it does not effect your warranty status it is a simple request for us to be able to provide a far greater communication update path.
