question: if i have controller and ex-box in the basement ( 20ft) down, can i connect touch to the main controller?

it connects through the PAB bus system so yes

Looks great, I just installed mine last night.

Where would I be able to find/purchase the various mounting options though?

I don't want to use the supplied one and was told there are other options available.
