"Program" Evaluation program/simulator

I am just wondering if there is a program for evaluating the controler program. It should simulate a 24 hr period rapidly and report on the on and off state of the outputs. Will also need to be able to simulate inputs for pH, ORP, Temp and switches.

If one is not availabe, I will look at writing one. Should be easy enough to write in VB. Just need to know exactly how the ACs evaluate the statments though seems obvious. The benifits of evaluating a new AC program before using it on a tank, are very desirable, IMHO.
