Programmable Logic Question

I'm looking to setup my Protein Skimmer with the following conditions but I don't know if it's possible, so far I haven't been able to do it.

1) Set to timer to only operate on 0.5 duty (12am to 12pm)
2) Turn off during feeding pause
3) delay on = 30min (1800sec)

If possible please let me know, I'm using the most recent firmware and software on ProfiLux Plus II.
