Programming heater

I want my heater to be on only at night but not during the day when my MH are on because the DC8 will get overloaded. So is this OK.

If time>21:00 then heater on
If time>04:00 then heater off
If temp>77.5 then heater off
Max change 120min then heater on

Or should it be
max change 120m then heater off

Looks ok except the max change statement; it should be:

Max Change 120 M Then HET OFF

Is there going to be a conflict with the time statements;

If time>4:00 then heater off and if time>21:00 then heater on?

No, there is no conflict. The time statements turn the heater on from 21:00 to 4:00 am. The temp statement will shut off the heater if the temp ever goes above 77.5, and the max change statement adds some hysteresis so that it doesn't oscillate when the temp is changing between 77.5 and 77.6.
