Programming help with Kessil A360w

I have now had 1 kessil hooked up for weeks but have not been able to get it to work with programming. I currently have the cord unplugged that goes directly into the Kessil from the Apex.

I have had various programs and profiles that I have borrowed to try but nothing actually works for me.
I am likely doing something wrong with the equipment or the programming.
I am hoping someone could walk me thru step by step.
All I am looking to do at this point is have it turn on and off with basic intensity and a little colour.

Please help.
I am on an iMac and am able to FaceTime if it helps.

Can you send what you have setup now? Have you taken a look at neptune's forum sticky about Kessil lights?

Also does it work when you manually raise and lower the numbers for the varspeed? If not, it may be a bad cable.
