Programming Question

I am still a little fuzzy on programming osc pumps on the apex. I have a zeo reactor that should be running for three hours and then off three hours and so forth. What should the programming code be. 000/180/180?

That is essentially correct. Are you using the wizard or Advanced mode? In Advanced mode:

Fallback OFF/ON
OSC 000/180/180 Then ON

Choose the desired state for Fallback, for the case where communication is lost between the base and module.
